BarRaiser is a term used by Amazon for a type of interviewer who is responsible for ensuring the company hires the best talent for a particular role. BarRaisers are experienced Amazon employees who are not part of the hiring team but are brought in to conduct an additional interview to assess the candidate’s skills, experience, and cultural fit.
